Cancellations made within 48hrs before your appointment will not be refunded.
 

 

Consent forms and questionnaires must be completed prior to your appointment.
 

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will not be refunded.
